I'm Chad, and I'm now a stay-at-home dad.  While I stay busy caring for our two special needs children, I have been yearning for something else to do.  I love clipping coupons so we can maintain our lifestyle, and knowing that I'm saving our family money at the same time.


By day, I'm the best selling author, J.B. McGee.  By night, I'm a wife and a mother.  My family loves to go out to eat.  It's partially because of our busy schedule.  It's also because when we're out, we have to be together.  There are no electronic games to distract us.  There is no computer.  There are no television shows to watch.  Usually our meals are where our quality time is spent.

Which is probably part of the reason sub-par service bothers us so much.  So one night after leaving dinner extremely disappointed, we decided to write about our experiences...all of us.
